tax all sales
make it criminal to sell without being taxed
allow for personal use growing
allow employers to blood/urine test for jobs deemed dangerous

I really do not mind legal pot, but I don’t want to acceptable for smokers to drive cars, use heavy machinery, or even light machinery–they will hurt people in factory or construction settings
